Our two holiday cottages are nestled in a sunny corner of Restronguet Barton, perfect for a peaceful escape near the Cornish coast.
Our farm boasts two beautiful cottages that are available for rent set in an idyllic family location where you can walk across the fields to the village of Mylor Bridge and explore the creekside footpaths to The Pandora Inn, perfect for children’s crabbing.
Both cottages are dog friendly, and with ample footpaths and dog friendly beaches on your doorstep, you will not be short of things to do! There is a small fee for each dog and all we ask is that you do not allow your dogs upstairs. They also have beautiful large and private gardens. Perfect for a cup of tea in the sunshine or a barbecue in the evening. The cottages are perfect for cosy evenings, with wood burning stoves and charming cottage interiors. So you can fill your days exploring everything Cornwall has to offer, or simply nestled in at Chybean or Chyvounder and relax at home.

Chyvounder, like Chybean, is a Grade 2 listed farm cottage at Restronguet. In fact it adjoins Chybean and boasts the same character and charm of its smaller neighbour.

A sweet little cottage where you can truly relax.
Chybean, Cornish for “little house”, is a Grade 2 listed cottage that sleeps two or two plus a small child or baby. Situated in a quiet location – as, in fact, is the whole farm – it is south facing and has its own private garden that traps the warmth of the sun all day.
